Product Review: Pai Bioregenerate Rosehip Oil

After hearing many Beauty Bloggers sing the praises of Rosehip oils and their ability to improve texture, fade dark spots, heal acne and just generally make your skin look wonderful, I began researching this miracle skin saviour and this offering from Pai kept popping up. Pai is a brand that I’ve often rushed past whilst shopping for Hummus in Whole Foods and I had previously heard of it but never really tested or tried their products (late to the party as per usual) until very recently. Reading all these glowing reviews about their products designed for Sensitive skin types and learning more about their ethics and ingredients used, I finally parted with my cash for this glow-y orange Rosehip Oil.

Best used after cleansing at night and before moisturiser, this oil promises to regenerate skin without irritation and restore balance. Having pale skin, any old pimple marks seem to leave a pink trace forever and this cold Barcelona winter had been quite harsh this year so I was very keen to see if this oil could work some magic and improve radiance.

Having used this for just over a month, I believe that my texture has improved quite dramatically. My skin looks brighter, hydrated and my monthly turn-up-without-fail-hormonal-spots didn’t appear so I am very happy with this product so far. As someone who is usually quite apprehensive about adding oils to my skin and additionally, a bit lazy to add an extra step to my skincare routine, using this oil was a pleasure to use and I was happy to use this at night knowing that I was adding a great product to my skin and that would enable to wake up with a glow. Not quite J-lo glow but getting there.

Have you tried any Pai products? I think Camellia & Rose Gentle Hydrating Cleanser might be my next Pai purchase. Let me know what’s good in the comments!
